Sydney is TWO!

I'm pretty behind in posting this, but Sydney turned TWO on June 7th. It's hard to believe how fast two years have gone by...



At two, Sydney
- loves her big brother and often mimics him
- loves baby dolls
- still loves any kind of animal
- is learning to voice her opinion, loudly, and throw a fit like any good two year old (though so far she's easy to get out of it)
- is very scared of thunder
- loves to "swim" and has no fear in the pool (which is both good and bad!)
- can coax you into doing just about anything with a tilt of the head, a smile, and a "Mama, come on" said in the sweetest of voices
- loves any kind of fruit, but needs alot of help with her vegetables
- loves spending time with Emily and Kaitlyn, our sweet neighbors
- is learning her colors, but most often everything is "geeeeen"
- doesn't tolerate dog walks in the stroller well anymore and prefers walking with me, stopping to explore many things along the way (dog walks take a loooong time these days)
- loves swings and slides
- still refers to any kind of dress as a princess
- weighs 30lbs and is 34.5in tall
- is amazingly sweet and cute!

We had planned a picnic party in the park for her, but it ended up being 95 degrees that day, so we had everyone to our house instead and threw on the sprinkler and slip n slide. It was a great time and a fun way to celebrate!
