We got to celebrate Christmas multiple times this year, and the kiddos loved every minute. We spent the evening of the 23rd over at my sister's house and had a nice meal, followed by a gift exchange between our families. On the 24th, my parents came to stay with us and were able to take part in our Christmas morning and see all the goodies Santa brought Owen and Sydney. They must have been very good this year because he did not disappoint! Owen has become very interested in Star Wars...so much so that I might even say he is more interested in Star Wars now than in Superheroes (I got him a Superheroes calendar and he politely told me that I should have picked a Star Wars one...sigh). His favorite new toys are the two star wars lego guys that Santa left in his stocking - a Luke and Darth Vader. On the 25th we went over to Rick and Rhonda's for another round of gifts and a yummy meal. Uncle Scott and Aunt Christy also came through on their way home, so we were happy to get to spend a little extra time with them as well. We are very grateful to have gotten to spend time with so many loved ones this year!
